LOOK AFTER THE VEHICLES YOU RELY ON
General servicing & preventative maintenance
A fleet can include different makes, engines and working conditions. We discuss what each vehicle needs and agree the service scope before work begins.
Routine servicing
Plan servicing around the vehicle manufacturer's schedule, kilometres or operating hours and previous work. Confirm the fluids, filters and checks required for each vehicle when requesting a quote.
Preventative maintenance
Bring together known defects, driver feedback and upcoming service needs. Discuss items that need attention now and maintenance to plan around the next available vehicle downtime.
Diagnostics & repairs
Investigate warning lights, reduced power and recurring diesel faults. Findings and any additional repair work are discussed so you can make decisions about cost and availability.
WORK VEHICLES & COMMERCIAL FLEETS
Maintenance that fits
your operation
Whether you manage a small group of diesel work vehicles or a commercial fleet, start with a vehicle list and the work you need. Include makes, models, engines and current kilometres or hours so we can confirm coverage.
Service intervals depend on the manufacturer's requirements and how each vehicle is used. Frequent short trips, extended idling and demanding working conditions are useful details to include in the discussion.
For trucks and mixed fleets, let us know the vehicle sizes, depot location and available access. We confirm the work we can support and any workshop arrangements needed.
A CLEAR PLAN FOR EACH VISIT
How fleet servicing
is arranged
Good planning starts with the vehicles due for attention and when they can be made available. We work through the service requirements with your nominated contact.
If an assessment identifies additional work, we discuss the findings and repair options before proceeding. Parts availability and the work required can affect when a vehicle is ready to return to service.

DIESEL EMISSIONS SUPPORT
When a warning needs
more than routine servicing
DPF, AdBlue and EGR concerns may require a specific diagnostic assessment. Include warning messages and recurring symptoms when arranging maintenance so the right work can be planned.

General fleet servicing questions
Can you help a small business with only a few vehicles?
Yes, enquire with your vehicle list and maintenance needs. The service plan is based on the work required and available scheduling. Include the makes, models, engines and depot or workplace location.
What is included in a fleet service?
The scope is agreed for each vehicle based on its service schedule, history and current needs. Confirm the required fluids, filters, checks and any diagnostic concerns when requesting a quote. A fleet service is not a fixed package covering every possible repair.
Can you service vehicles at our depot?
Mobile attendance across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Ipswich is available by arrangement. Suitability depends on the vehicles, work required and working area. Some jobs may require workshop facilities or a separate appointment.
Can you work around our operating schedule?
Share the times vehicles are available and any priority service needs. We can discuss an appointment plan and confirm availability. Our usual hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with Saturday by appointment.
How often should our fleet be serviced?
Start with the manufacturer's time, distance or operating-hour intervals for each vehicle. Working conditions and previous maintenance also matter. Send the service history and current readings so the next required work can be discussed.
Can DPF or AdBlue faults be assessed during a service visit?
Tell us about the fault when booking so diagnostic support and time can be confirmed. An emissions fault may need work beyond routine servicing, with the scope and any additional costs discussed separately.
